Terms & Conditions
All fees are payable either in cash on the day of your clean or in advance via BACS, to be received before or on the day of the clean. For large bookings we will require a deposit in advance.
Large jobs will be visited to discuss with you in person before booking and to arrange the fee. If you are unsatisfied after the clean for any reason, a cleaner will be sent free of charge to remedy any issues.
Congestion charges and parking fees will be payable where applicable.
We provide all equipment and products.
All costs of our services are calculated by the hour to provide the best value for money possible. The size of your home and the depth of the clean gauges how long it will take our efficiant and proffessional cleaners to complete the job. Which is why, for the large jobs, we insist on seeing the property beforehand whenever possible.
